Exhibitor's Information

1. Name: Ramadan and Eid Abu Dhabi 2013  .
2. Venue & Date: Ramadan and Eid Abu Dhabi 2013 will be held in ADNEC .From July.19^th.2013.to August.9^th2013
3. Application deadline: July.15^th.2013.
4. Participation fees: (2000- 5500) Dhs per sq/m equipped minimum 9 sq/m.
5. Method of payment: 50% of the total rental is to be paid at the time of booking, the remaining 50% on or before August.1^th.2013.
6. Shell scheme booth: Partition walls; fascia with company name, 220V single-phase socket, 3 spotlights, 1 table, 2 chairs, and 1 waste basket.Minimum exhibition space: 9sq/m, all other exhibition equipment and services are provided for extra charge.
7. Opening Hours: Ramadan and Eid Abu Dhabi 2013 will be open to trade visitors and business buyers from 20:00 PM until 3:00 AM.
8. Insurance: It is the exhibitors' responsibility to insure that their exhibits are covered by adequate insurance for the shipment + duration, re-packing and re-exporting from the exhibition.
9. Security: The organizers provide 24-hour security during the show.However, exhibitors advised to take adequate precautions and insure that all articles and valuable items are insured.The organizers will not be responsible for the safety of articles of any kind brought into the exhibition hall by the exhibitors, their staff or any person whatsoever.
10. Accommodation: Abu Dhabi  is well provided with hotels of international standard.However, exhibitors are recommended to be reserved at an early stage directly or through their travel agent or apply for the organizers.
11. Penalty: Cancellation, either of part or whole of exhibition space may be done by giving notice in the written form to the Organizer.Cancellation before July.10^th.2013 Exhibitor would be responsible for paying penalty at the rate 60%.If the notice were given after the terms indicated above, Exhibitor would be responsible for paying penalty at the rate 100%.
